JMG Software completes a two year custom "Incentive Pay Program" for The Timken Company (www.timken.com)
- Lead developer on a major .NET 3.0 “Incentive Pay Plan” conversion project.
- Designed and developed the following functionality based on internal user specification documents and union contracts:
- Custom front end user interface with secure administrative tools.
- SQL 2005, Oracle RDBMS, and DB2 data extracts.
- Nightly scheduled background jobs to refresh and update the required databases.
- Custom web service to process each Incentive Plan controlled by the custom front end user interface.
- Provided technical support and knowledge transfer sessions to internal client resources.
- Managed developer tasks according to internal project time lines.
- Utilized SharePoint as the primary document management system.
